Elizabeth Templeman, APRN

Elizabeth is an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner with 13 years of experience. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings and treats a wide range of psychiatric and mental health issues. Areas of special interest include geriatrics, working with women during pregnancy, clients with intellectual disabilities and delays as well as working with the LGBTQ population. She has an extensive background in treating bipolar disorder and treatment-resistant depression. Working with clients who have struggled to find the right treatment is a passion and she utilizes pharmacogenomic testing and extensive history taking to collaborate with patients to develop a treatment plan. There is a quote from Christopher Reeve that Elizabeth believes is paramount in mental health, “Once you choose hope, anything is possible.”

Gina Settle, APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Gina has always loved working with people, and found her passion in helping the child, adolescent and young adult populations. 

Gina completed her training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, graduating with honors from an intense accelerated program. Gina treats mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders and cognitive delays, but finds her passion in helping those with ADHD. She is licensed and certified to treat any age, but her practice focuses mainly on ages 2 to 35. 

Gina is a member of the American Nurses Association, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and was invited and inducted into 2 chapters of Sigma Theta Tau.  Gina is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Gina was born and raised in St Louis, Missouri and lived there until 2014 when she relocated to Lexington, KY.  She has raised two kids who are happy, successful adults, and helping to raise four more!  She enjoys time with all of her family and her dogs.

Jennifer Parr, APRN

Jennifer is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of The University of Kentucky with a Doctorate in Nursing. She teaches at Frontier Nursing University.

 

Reisha Caudill, APRN,

Reisha is a dual-certified advance practice registered nurse specializing in psychiatric mental health and family practice. Reisha has nine years of advanced practice experience with 18 years in nursing altogether. Reisha practiced as a family nurse practitioner in pediatrics, family practice, urgent care, wound care, and home health for seven years. During this time, she became aware of the urgent need for psychiatric providers when three of her oldest son’s friends committed suicide while waiting for care. It was these tragic events that prompted her to return to school once again to obtain her psychiatric mental health certification. Reisha went on to complete her doctorate in nursing from Frontier Nursing University focusing on suicide prevention and decreasing the suicide rates through appropriate screening and individualized treatment plans. Suicide is a PREVENTABLE death. If you are struggling or know someone struggling, please reach out for help. Your life matters! Reisha’s specialties include depressive disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, psychotic disorders, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Reisha treats clients ages 5 and up with a wide range of psychiatric and mental health issues. She is LGBTQ+ friendly and offers behavioral/mental Health services via telehealth across Kentucky. She often incorporates the use of psychotropic genetic testing as well as non-pharmacologic interventions to create individualized client treatment plans. Reisha is originally from eastern Kentucky and has been married for 27 years. She has two adult sons. Reisha loves to travel and spend time with her family every chance she gets.

Lisa Horobin, APRN

Lisa Horobin is an advanced practice registered nurse, board-certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University and her masters degree at Eastern Kentucky University. Lisa has been working in the mental health field for 8 years in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.  

She currently treats clients aged 14 to 65. Her specialties include depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, and ADHD.

Lisa will be working in our Frankfort, Kentucky office and currently will be providing telehealth services only.
